Erfolgsgastronom Hannes Schröder und Hummus-Experte Geha Brando eröffnen im November die „The Hummus Bar“ in Hamburgs belebter Lange Reihe. Das Lokal „Was wir wirklich lieben“ wurde dafür komplett umgestaltet. In stylischer Atmosphäre bietet die Hummus Bar Levante-Frischeküche mit Bowls, Pita Rolls, Taboulé und Falafel sowie kreative Hummus-Varianten wie Golden Hummus mit Süßkartoffel und Black Hummus mit schwarzer Sesamcreme. Die frischen, überwiegend vegetarischen Speisen fördern das gesellige Teilen und laden zum gemeinsamen Genuss ein.
